The Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) will release the June 2011 jobs report tomorrow, which will detail the growth or decline of payrolls and the state unemployment rate. In May, Michigan’s unemployment rate was 10.3 percent, a one-tenth of a percentage point increase from the previous month though still two and a half percentage points below the May 2010 rate of 12.8 percent.
